William(Bill) Pike is Editor-in-chief and Editorial Director. Prior to joining Hart, Bill was European editor, international editor and editor at two respected energy journals. He worked nearly 20 years in the upstream industry and has served as a technical and economic consultant to operators, service and supply companies, and governments worldwide. Bill holds a P.H.D from the University of Aberdeen.
