Offshore

Judy Maksoud, Executive Editor, joined Hart in 2007. She has BA degrees in English and History and an MA in English. Judy has 15 years of industry experience, including work in the seismic and drilling fluids sectors. She was the International Editor for Offshore magazine for six years, during which she covered global exploration and production activities. Judy covers offshore operations for E&P.
